EMCO High Voltage Co. welcomes inquiries concerning custom power supply requirements, or modifications to existing standard models. Whether for prototypes, or production quantities; military or commercial, we can promptly assist you in procuring a cost-effective design to meet your requirements. Requests for quotes will be accepted by mail, telephone, e-mail, or fax; specifying your electrical/mechanical and quantity/delivery requirements in detail allows us to quote quickly and competitively. Technical assistance is available.
HOW TO ORDER
Orders may be placed directly with the Factory by mail, telephone, e-mail or fax. Customer assistance is available to help you identify the product, and correct part number you require. There is no minimum order required for standard units offered in this catalog. All prices quoted are F.O.B. Sutter Creek, CA, in US dollars. Applicable Federal State and Local taxes are extra. For your convenience we accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard. Prices are subject to change.
DELIVERY
All standard catalog items are generally available from stock. We are able to ship stock items within 24 hours. Should stock be depleted, standard catalog items will be available within a few weeks of order. Scheduled orders are welcome, provided that scheduling does not exceed 12 months from order date, and schedule is confirmed in writing. Scheduling changes require a minimum of 60 days notice. Cancellations may require a fee. Modified or custom product orders and large orders are accepted on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis.
WARRANTY
EMCO High Voltage Co., (supplier), warrants standard catalog items against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year after date of original shipment to purchaser. Supplier's liability under this warranty is limited solely to repairing, replacing or issuing credit, at supplier's discretion, to the original purchaser for products that have been determined by supplier to have a defect in material or workmanship. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to timely notify supplier of any claim of defective products. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping or transportation related costs associated with any returned items. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been physically damaged, misused, altered or repaired without authorization in any manner. Supplier assumes no liabilities for consequential, incidental, special or other damages of any kind through the use or misuse of its products. No other obligations or liabilities are expressed or implied. EMCO reserves the right to revise or make improvements to its products at any time and without obligation to notify any person of such revisions or improvements.
Medical, life-saving, or life-sustaining applications:
EMCO's products are not authorized for use as critical components in Life Support devices or systems without the express written approval of the president and general counsel of EMCO High Voltage Corporation. As used herein: 1: Life support devices or systems are devices or systems which, (a) are intended for surgical implant into the body, or (b) support or sustain life, and whose failure to perform, when properly used in accordance with instructions for use provided, can be reasonably expected to result in a significant injury to the user.
2: A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness.

Your exclusive remedy and EMCO's sole liability for breach of warranty, at EMCO's discretion, is limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of any product shown to be other than as warranted, and EMCO expressly disclaims any liability for incidental and consequential damages. High voltage power supplies present a serious risk of personal injury if not used in accordance with design and/or use specifications, if used in applications on products for which they are not intended or designed, or if they are used by untrained or unqualified personnel. Before testing, incorporating or using EMCO's products, read, understand and thereafter adhere to all instructions, protocol, cautions and safety procedures applicable not only to EMCO's products but to each product and/or application into which EMCO's products are incorporated or assembled, as well as industry standard safe practices and rules and regulations regarding the use of high voltage.
